REGULATIONS

Lawyer’s activities are subject to following regulations:

• Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung, BRAO (Federal Code of Conduct for Attorneys)
• Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte, BORA (Professional Code of Conduct for Attorneys)
• Fachanwaltsordnung, FAO (Professional Code of Conduct for Specialized Attorneys)
• Standesregelung der Rechtsanwälte in der Europäischen Gemeinschaft, CCBE-Berufsregeln (Regulation of attorneys in the European Community)
• Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz, RVG (Law For the Regulation of Attorney’s Fees)

INSURANCE
According to the general professional rules for lawyers (BRAO), lawyers are obligated to have a professional insurance with a minimum insurance sum of Euro 250.000. The further details are regulated in § 51 BRAO. The law firm is insured with
